Local 376 is affiliated with the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association (NJSPBA), the largest law enforcement labor organization in New Jersey. Through this partnership, we advocate for the professional interests, safety, wellness, and rights of our members while promoting the highest standards of law enforcement service and community engagement.
